It's a beautiful old fashioned-style book! It's fabric bound, and the pages have an old fashioned un-even edge. Love it!
What can I say? It's Winnie-the-pooh (and I have a new toddler in my familia). This is the original, old-school book style, bought exactly for these reasons. It is also slim and easily held,to be read aloud, at some point, preferably while a small human sits on your lap, half asleep, but still listening...Tell new parents to save the Disney videos and cartoons for the babysitters. Introduce young parents to the joys of this classic and the greater bliss of reading their kids to sleep every night.
We saw the movie and I had to look for the book.It’s so beautiful..
Beautifully designed. Very elegant and the gold really pops. Got this as a gift for a friend and she loves it!
I wish I would've taken photos of both books I received. The first one was disgusting, the cover had stains all over the front and the book itself smelled god-awful. After submitting a request for an exchange I received my second book. Which arrived just as dirty as the first. Needless to say, these were a waste of money and cannot be gifted for the holiday season.
This hardcover version is nice in theory, but the quality is not nearly as good as it could be, and thus durability lacks as well. We still enjoy it and the stories are as warm and enjoyable as ever and the illustrations are charming.
Love it...this book brought back so many childhood memories it's awesome. And seeing the movie Christopher Robin recently made it so much more enjoyable!
Poorly bound. The edges of the pages weren't even. Low quality paper. The cover and spine were cheap looking. It looked like a book club or library edition. I bought it for a gift for my daughter, but it was such low quality I couldn't give it to her. I kept it and found a much better quality edition for her.
